Auxe completed the site surveys, electrical work, and digital endcap install/setup for over 40 new L’Oreal beauty stores opening across six provinces. The client had an extremely tight timeline and could not find a service provider who would meet this turnaround time until speaking with Auxe. With the support of a dedicated Account Manager and Commercial Project Specialist facilitating communication and operations, the technicians and licensed electricians in our network completed this large scale project on budget, on schedule, and exactly to project specifications, leaving all parties involved 100% satisfied with the end result.
In switching Digital Signage providers, Freshii required a rollout of new media players to be commissioned, installed, and configured to power their digital menu boards at over 100 locations across Canada. Due to our experience, nationwide presence, fast turnaround, and relationships in the field, Auxe was proud to lead the installation and configuration portion of this project in a way that minimized the impact on Freshii’s operations and customer experience.
Huron Tractor required a CCTV security camera system that allowed them to monitor their high-value equipment at their 60,000 square foot facility in southern Ontario. Auxe was engaged to consult on products, installation, and setup. As a HikVision Gold Partner, we were able to coordinate the procurement and installation of high quality products that met their security requirements (ex. Night vision, license plate reader, 28TB HDD storage) in a timely manner and that suited their budget. This has helped Huron Tractor deter theft, reduce insurance premiums, and feel confident in having tangible evidence in the case of any on-site criminal activity.
Auxe currently services all Hudson Retail and Duty Free locations at YYZ Airport in Toronto, with a 24-hour guaranteed response time. This involves troubleshooting and replacing any defective LED panel or screens, and installing new LED walls and columns upon request. Our technicians' extensive experience performing work in airports has helped save our client time and headache when following the strict procedures and requirements involved in this type of work.
In March 2024, Auxe successfully integrated an LED system into Hudson Duty Free at YVR Airport, encompassing multiple 4-sided and 3-sided LED columns, along with two primary LED walls: the Entryway LED Wall and the Central LED Wall. Despite facing a tight timeline and strict airport requirements, the project was completed within four days, from Monday to Thursday, with a team of 4 technicians and a lead project manager on site. This achievement underscores Auxe's capability to deliver complex LED installations efficiently and on schedule, even in challenging environments such as airports.
This was an urgent LED project that was unable to be completed by the original installers due to a lack of product knowledge. The project was presented to us on September 12 and, after discussing the tight turnaround time with our new client, we had a team of four Auxe technicians start work on the following Monday, September 18. Our technicians were already certified in the fine-pitch EZ LED Visual product and meticulously carried out the 28-panel LED ticker banner around the store interior as well as a 32-panel LED Wall behind the cash register over the subsequent three days. Our satisfied client has since chosen Auxe for similar LED projects, these times looping us in earlier in the process to assist with project management and site preparation.

The industry standard for LED lifespan is 100,000 hours, or about 10 years, but it is best to check the LED manufacturer’s spec sheet and worth noting that lifespan will vary on weather, brightness settings, runtime, and other factors.
