Auxe completed the site surveys, electrical work, and digital endcap install/setup for over 40 new L’Oreal beauty stores opening across six provinces. The client had an extremely tight timeline and could not find a service provider who would meet this turnaround time until speaking with Auxe. With the support of a dedicated Account Manager and Commercial Project Specialist facilitating communication and operations, the technicians and licensed electricians in our network completed this large scale project on budget, on schedule, and exactly to project specifications, leaving all parties involved 100% satisfied with the end result.
In switching Digital Signage providers, Freshii required a rollout of new media players to be commissioned, installed, and configured to power their digital menu boards at over 100 locations across Canada. Due to our experience, nationwide presence, fast turnaround, and relationships in the field, Auxe was proud to lead the installation and configuration portion of this project in a way that minimized the impact on Freshii’s operations and customer experience.
Huron Tractor required a CCTV security camera system that allowed them to monitor their high-value equipment at their 60,000 square foot facility in southern Ontario. Auxe was engaged to consult on products, installation, and setup. As a HikVision Gold Partner, we were able to coordinate the procurement and installation of high quality products that met their security requirements (ex. Night vision, license plate reader, 28TB HDD storage) in a timely manner and that suited their budget. This has helped Huron Tractor deter theft, reduce insurance premiums, and feel confident in having tangible evidence in the case of any on-site criminal activity.
Auxe led a POS system refresh project at 39 Ted Baker locations across 12 US states and 4 Canadian provinces. Each site required our technicians to remove the old POS systems at 2-8 tills per site and replace them with a new system. The installation involved assembling the base and payment terminal, connecting the device to the printer and cash register, and configuration of the new POS system.
Auxe has wired, installed, and integrated full-store audio for over 10 new UNIQLO in-mall stores across North America over the past year. These projects include up to 20 speakers wired and installed in the ceiling across the store's entire retail floor. With many more of these projects on the go for UNIQLO and other retail clients like Alo Yoga and Torrid, Auxe continues to grow as a leading installer for AV technology.
Auxe is pleased to be in a partnership agreement to perform the installations of specific projector products sold through Costco. The various projectors require meticulous installations, setup and configuration which are all included in the product purchase for the end client. Our nationwide coverage has allowed the offering of this promotion across all Canadian provinces and 50 USA states. It has resulted in a significant reduction in product returns for Costco and happier customers. Over 1,000 units have been successfully installed by Auxe as of June 2024.

Yes, installations are available 7 days/week!
Technicians carry a variety of mounts, typically Pearlesmith and Kanto Premium mounts. Regardless of the brand, all mounts come with a 1-year Auxe warranty.
If we provide the wall mounts, it comes with a 1-year warranty. If the customer provides the wall mount, we do not offer warranty on the hardware
Yes, technicians are experienced with installations on any wall type, including metal studs, concrete, brick, stone, and tile.
We can frequently accommodate same-day service requests, however, keep in mind that technicians usually need a minimum of 4 hours notice!
We carry $2M general liability insurance and offer a workmanship guarantee. If you are not satisfied, we will always make it right.
